Building a Tool for Zero-Drudgery Instagram Operations

As a developer, the hardest moments to endure are watching repetitive manual labor. One day, I watched our operations team member open Photoshop, set guides, carefully slice a single photo into 9 parts, and name the files 1 through 9. It wasn't just about cutting; it involved checking quality against Instagram's compression algorithms and cross-checking files on mobile to ensure the upload order didn't get mixed up.

Doing it once is fine, but if you have to repeat this every week, it's not just a task; it's 'Technical Debt.' Inefficiencies in operational processes eat away at a team's creativity over time and slow down overall velocity.
